Customer Service –Claims

Looking for an opportunity where you can join a growing team, start quickly, and build your experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Trak group is seeking a Customer Service –Claims professional to support claims processing and customer inquiries across multiple lines of coverage.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and review claims while meeting daily production and accuracy goals
  • Respond to member and provider inquiries via phone and email
  • Research and resolve claims issues, discrepancies, and refund requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation and updates within CRM and internal systems

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service, claims, or client support experience
  • Comfortable handling high call volume and data entry tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of healthcare, insurance, or claims terminology preferred
