Customer Service Clerk

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and web chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer orders accurately through phone, fax, and email.
• Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and freight quotes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding product updates and order-related information.
• Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, courteous demeanor when working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
