Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely and effective solutions
- Provide information about our services, products, and promotions to customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and company goals
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
