Schedule
- On-site position
- Monday-Friday (1st shift, 8AM - 5PM)
- Enjoy your evenings and weekends off!
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of support and the go-to problem solver for our customers! Your day will include:
- Answering customer questions with professionalism, accuracy, and a smile
- Researching and resolving inquiries quickly and effectively
- Assisting customers via phone, email, web, or in person
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of interactions
- Processing adjustments and digging into issues to find the right solutions
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong typing skills (30+ WPM)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
