Entry Level: $17–$19.75/hr
Mid Level: $20–$21.75/hr
Advanced Support: $22/hr
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Tier 3) who enjoys helping customers and solving problems. In this role, you will assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and warranty support related to outdoor power equipment and small engine products.
You will be one of the main points of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring they receive knowledgeable, professional support.

Handle 35+ inbound customer calls and support cases daily
Troubleshoot outdoor power equipment and small engine product issues
Assist customers with product operation, warranty questions, and general support
Resolve concerns and de-escalate issues professionally
Document customer interactions in the CRM system
Work with internal teams when needed to help resolve customer concerns
1+ year of customer service or call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain professional and calm when handling difficult situations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic computer and software skills
Experience with the following is a plus:
Outdoor power equipment
Small engines
Appliances or consumer products
Warranty support
CRM systems or NetSuite
High school diploma or GED
Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
