Customer Service - Community Manager

Community Manager – VSF Rentals (South Region)$50,000–$70,000/year + performance bonus

VSF Rentals is growing fast — we've tripled our portfolio in 12 months and plan to double again in the next 12–18. We're looking for a Community Manager to run day-to-day leasing and resident operations across our South Region properties (Piqua, Troy, Fairborn, Wapakoneta, Sidney), based primarily out of our Eastpointe Apartments office with regular time at other sites (mileage/fuel covered).

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for resident inquiries, leasing questions, and concerns
• Manage leasing documentation, phone/email correspondence, and resident records
• Keep activity logs and CRM/property management software up to date
• Partner with the regional team to improve resident satisfaction and site performance
• Take ownership of your properties — spot problems early and fix them without waiting to be told

Requirements

What you need:

• Experience in high-volume customer service, leasing, property management, or a supervisory/ops role
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and CRM or property management software
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A self-starter who can prioritize and follow through without heavy oversight
