About the role:
As a Third-Shift Customer Service Representative for TQL, you'll be the critical link between our sales teams and transportation partners. In this fast-paced, entry-level role, you'll ensure shipments stay on track by handling inbound and outbound calls and emails, tracking shipments, and resolving issues as they arise. Your work keeps freight moving and relationships strong. Customer service is the foundation of TQL's success. - Provide updates and communicate directly with the internal sales and support teams
