Customer Service Coordinator

Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Carlsbad to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as an advisor, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep knowledge of the customer's supply chain.
• Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage.
• Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team.
• Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account.
• Act as the team lead for problem resolution.
• Analyze service issues and trends to determine the root causes and communicate recommendations to the team.
• Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account.
• Work through any border crossing issues that arise.

Skills and qualifications:

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
