Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and front desk support for departments such as admitting, registration, scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Handle customer accounts, assist patients, and oversee cashiering operations.
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans.
- One year of related experience.
Preferred: - Associate's Degree, previous medical office experience, or Heart Saver certification.
