Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and front desk support for admitting, registration, scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Handle customer accounts, assist patients, and oversee cashiering operations.
- Follow policies and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans.
- One year of related experience.
- Preferred: Associate's Degree, previous medical office experience, and Heart Saver certification.
