Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community. ResponsibilitiesProvides direct customer service and front desk assistance for the assigned department, including but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance. Handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance, and performs and/or oversees cashiering operations. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. QualificationsJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.One (1) year of previously related experience.Medical Terminology knowledge.Knowledge of office procedures. Knowledge of insurance plans.Preferred Job Requirements:Associate's Degree in a related field of study.Previous medical office experience.Heart Saver.
