Responsibilities:
Supports the Customer Service team with high-volume administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and order management activities. This role contributes to maintaining accurate system data, supporting customer communication, and executing key business initiatives, including a project updating pricing on open orders. The position works closely with Customer Service, Planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of requests, improved workflow efficiency, and consistent customer experience.
