Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr.
Location: Garden Grove, CA 92841
Duration: Approved until 12/4/26 could extend based on business needs
Shift: M-F 1st Shift 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)

- Education Level Degree or Program of Study Required/Preferred
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- Associates/bachelors degree Preferred/Desired
- Supports the Customer Service team with high-volume administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and order management activities.
- This role contributes to maintaining accurate system data, supporting customer communication, and executing key business initiatives, including a project updating pricing on open orders.
- The position works closely with Customer Service, Planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of requests, improved workflow efficiency, and consistent customer experience.
