Bakersfield Call Center is Hiring Part-time Customer Service Reps!
Schedule: Part-time 8 am-noon or 1 pm-5 pm, Mon-Fri
Pay rate: $16.50/HR.
Job Duties:
Will be cold calling
Will create schedules and appointments
Answer all customer questions and place follow-up calls
Will educate customers on energy-saving programs by following a script
Requirements
Calling experience in an outbound call center or related experience
Comfortable making cold calls and talking with new people
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Bilingual
