CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator II to join its customer operations team. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience supporting order management, logistics, and cross-functional operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, exceptional customer service, and seamless coordination across internal teams and global customers. Type: Contract Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator II Location: Corning, NY Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Corning, NY Pay Rate: Based on experience Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Education: Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience required What You'll Do Manage domestic and international customer accounts and ensure accurate, timely order processing. Process customer orders using SAP and PeopleSoft order management systems. Coordinate export shipments, logistics, and carrier bookings using Origin Manager. Monitor customer orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve issues. Create and maintain customer records, buying agreements, and shipping documentation. Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, pricing, and product information within established service levels. Process credits, rebates, invoices, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs). Partner with Planning, Shipping, Finance, Quality, Commercial Operations, Transportation, IT, and external customers to resolve issues. Support reporting, process improvements, and special projects as assigned. What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service experience in a corporate or professional environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, and Excel. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments. Preferred Experience Experience with SAP and PeopleSoft order management systems. Knowledge of international shipping, logistics, and export documentation. Experience with Origin Manager or similar transportation management software. Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Additional Information Minimal to no travel required; occasional visits to U.S. manufacturing facilities or customer sites may occur. No third party resumes will be accepted.
