    Overview:

    Xerox is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Reprographics & Digital Imaging Center (RDIC). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting print, scanning, and document services. You will coordinate customer requests, prepare production work orders, support digital imaging processes, and ensure high-quality service while meeting established turnaround times and customer expectations.

    What You Will Do:

    • Receive customer requests for print, scanning, and supply services via walk-in, email, website, and telephone.
    • Enter customer requests into production systems and create work orders for print, scanning, and supply fulfillment.
    • Prepare and provide quotes for customer-requested services and supplies.
    • Process invoices accurately for completed work orders.
    • Prepare customer documents for digital imaging, including reviewing physical documents for quality issues prior to scanning.
    • Organize, name, and index digital files according to customer requirements and established procedures.
    • Support post-imaging activities and other document processing services as required.
    • Work closely with production teams to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
    • Perform additional operational duties as needed to support business requirements.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • General understanding of computer technology, including Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
    • Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into accurate production work orders.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Previous experience in a print-for-pay retail environment is preferred.
