Customer Service Coordinator / Project Manager AssistantLeading Insurance Restoration company in the Greenville/Winterville, Raleigh and Charlotte area quickly growing and expanding territory coverage and looking to fill multiple positions immediately.C3's role is to be the conduit and coordinator of the insurance claim as they are pipe or channel for conveying information to all parties involved including, but not limited to: company officers and managers, other team members, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, clients and coordinating all aspects of the job with same.They help coordinate mitigation, remediation and repairs efficiently, by understanding the loss, assisting with and dispatching EMS crews, arranging testing as appropriate, assisting with and scheduling each trade based on the repair estimate, and communicating with client all pertinent details of the job. There are several clients, equally as important as the other, on the claim: Insurance Adjuster, Subcontractor, Property Owner, and Companies' Internal Customers (Managers and Fellow Employees).This position is all about communication, follow up and more follow up and communication- prove that and you are in!Skills RequiredOver 4 years of Customer Service / Client Care experienceOver 2 years Project Management / Scheduling / Dispatching / TrackingGeneral understanding of remodeling, construction / restoration principles an assetExcellent computer skills (email, excel, word, calendars, PDF, digital pictures, Xactimate*, DASH*)Systematic and capable of organizing multiple jobs / activities at a timeAnalytical and able to problem solve in a timely manner under intense circumstances.Think outside the box to make adjustments and changes as required as situations dictateProduce exceptional and well organized, documented job filesMaintains professional conduct, organization and communication skills to deliver extraordinary service to in house peers/team, insurance adjusters, agents, property managers and home ownersWill do what it takes to bring the project to conclusion on time, budget and with a happy customer (all of them!)Clean Background checkAble to successfully pass periodic drug testing*Experience with these programs not required, but a plus!#J-18808-Ljbffr
