Customer Service Coordinator
We’re looking for a personable, detail-driven go-getter who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly and customers happy. If you enjoy juggling logistics, solving problems, and being the communication hub between teams, this role is for you. This is a Direct Hire position.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
- Salary: $55,000

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the central link between customers, sales teams, and operations—ensuring orders move accurately and efficiently from entry to delivery.
- Enter and manage orders in SAP/ERP systems with precision
- Coordinate deliveries with plants, trucking companies, and internal teams
- Communicate timelines, updates, and solutions to customers and stakeholders
- Partner with logistics and sales to support supply planning and growth opportunities
- Track pricing, discounts, and contracts to ensure accuracy
- Monitor inventory and help manage regional supply distribution
- Troubleshoot order or delivery issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
What You Bring
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics preferred
- Strong phone presence and customer service mindset
- Highly organized with solid Excel and data management skills
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through
- Clear communicator who works well across teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
