Customer Success Coordinator

Technical Life Care Medical Company is a trusted provider of biomedical equipment repair and maintenance. We are growing and looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver top-tier service to hospitals, clinics, and healthcarefacilities.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Coordinator to support customer relationships, scheduling, and service operations. This mid-level, in-office role requires strong judgment, responsiveness, and the ability to manage complex coordination independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage complex scheduling and coordination using Outlook calendars
  • Serve as a primary customer point of contact, providing proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Coordinate service projects, preventive maintenance schedules, and internal resources
  • Arrange technician travel including airfare, hotels, and itineraries
  • Identify and recommend additional services or upsell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication via email and Microsoft Teams
  • Collaborate closely with technicians, operations, and leadership to ensure service delivery

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, scheduling, operations, or coordination roles
  • Strong background in high-volume scheduling and customer communication
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and responsiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new systems
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements preferred
