Customer Service Coordinator Talent Pool

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while ensuring requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

Work Schedule

We support customer operations through staggered coverage schedules and are interested in candidates who can provide flexibility based on business needs.

Current coverage windows include:

  • Morning Coverage: 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM
  • Afternoon Coverage: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Evening Coverage: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Schedules may vary based on operational needs, customer demand, and future position availability.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests through various communication channels.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
  • Monitor open requests and provide follow-up communication as needed.
  • Assist with process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support additional operational and administrative activities as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, coordination, dispatch, call center, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Reliable attendance and a collaborative work style.
