The Customer Service Coordinator manages scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, and planning shop work to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm.
Responsibilities include developing workforce plans, communicating updates to customers, ensuring rental units are ready, managing parts availability, overseeing vendor performance, and maintaining shop efficiency.
Qualifications include 2+ years of customer service, 1+ year mechanical experience, preferred supervisory and service admin experience, high school diploma (associate or higher degree preferred), ASE certification, and familiarity with service scheduling and diagnostic programs.
Must adhere to safety protocols, perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, and be willing to travel as needed.
Physical demands involve frequent movement, manual dexterity, and working in various weather conditions. Regular attendance and compliance with safety regulations are required.
