Danbury Area | $23-$24 per hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | Temp-to-Hire

Are you an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping service operations running smoothly? This is a great opportunity to join a busy Danbury-area company in a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative role with steady weekday hours and room to grow.

 

What you will Do

·     Provide friendly, professional service to customers by phone.

·     Answer questions regarding customer accounts and services.

·     Troubleshoot concerns and work toward timely, effective resolutions.

·     Schedule service technicians and coordinate appointment details.

·     Enter and update information accurately while managing multiple priorities.

 

What we are looking for

·     At least 2 years of customer service experience in an office or similar professional setting.

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·     Fast and accurate data entry skills.

·     Strong organization and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.

·     A dependable, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to excellent customer service.

 

Position Details

·     Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

·     Pay: $23-$24 per hour.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
