Customer Service Representative – Colton, CA
We currently have two Customer Service Representative (CSR) openings for one of our clients in Colton. We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Entering customer orders accurately
Multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
Supporting customers with professionalism and care
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting
Comfortable handling phones and email communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required (Excel testing will be part of the screening process—see below for details)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable follow-up and organizational abilities
Basic math skills

Schedule & Pay:
$18.50–$19.00/hour (based on experience)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Initial part-time schedule during training phase
Excel Testing Includes:
Data Entry & Navigation
Accurate cell data entry and editing
Navigating across multiple tabs/workbooks
Inserting/deleting rows, columns, sheets
Organizing tabs by renaming and color-coding
Cell Formatting & Structure
Formatting for text, dates, numbers, percentages, currency
Adjusting fonts, alignment, cell sizes, borders
Wrapping and merging cells for readability
Functions & Data Tools
Use of basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT)
Data sorting/filtering
Drag fill, AutoFill, Find and Replace
Printing & Page Setup
Freezing panes
Adjusting margins, orientation, paper size
Page breaks, view settings, saving/exporting formats
