Part time Customer Service Representative position available at Owl Cleaners in Tbones plaza, Wexford PA
Great hours -- 11 to 5pm Mon-FRI -- only 2 of those days and every other Saturday 9 to 1pm
Starting at $16 per hour (part time ) --- Full time for benefits is considered 24 or more hours per week and could be possibly accommodated.

Responsibilities:- Provide world class client service
- Someone who is friendly, outgoing, flexible, talkative, curious.
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter with drop-offs, pick-ups, and garment inquiries
- Inspect and tag incoming garments, noting stains, damage, or special care instructions
- Process customer orders accurately using point-of-sale and order management systems
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change and receipts
- Communicate special cleaning requests and garment care needs to the production team
- Maintain a clean, organized front counter and store
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:- Previous customer service, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to accurately handle transactions and operate a POS system
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify fabric types, stains, and garment conditions
- Reliable, punctual,
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift garments or bundles as needed
