Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: ZIPS Cleaners - We have 5 locations in the Austin Area
Schedule: [Full-time/Part-time | We are open 7am-7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday
Pay: $15+ depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Check in and process garments for cleaning.
- Handle payments, orders, and pickup/drop-off coordination.
- Answer customer questions in person and by phone.
- Ensure orders are accurate, clean, and ready on time.
- Keep the front counter clean, organized, and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Comfortable using a POS system (we’ll train you!).
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
