- Gather and report customer feedback to improve service and operations.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in customer service, familiarity with warehouse or CRM systems, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
