Job Title: Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)
Schedule: Part-Time, 2 days per week (to start)
Overview:We are seeking a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our team on a part-time basis. This assignment will involve assisting customers in both English and Spanish, providing clear communication and excellent service.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person in English and Spanish
- Assist with product/service questions and resolve issues promptly
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate information
- Provide professional, courteous support to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Available to work 2 days per week (to start)for the duration of the temporary assignment
Location: Mt. Vernon
Pay range: $18- 22 per hour
