As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll answer inbound calls, schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, and deliver the outstanding customer experience Logan Services is known for.

What You'll Do

As a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll help customers when they need us most by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm HVAC and plumbing service appointments
  • Respond to customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text messaging
  • Coordinate with dispatch, service technicians, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet scheduling, booking, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Remain positive, organized, and solution-focused during high call volume periods

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, scheduling, dispatch, reception, administrative support, or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking while navigating multiple computer systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and customer management software is a plus
  • Dependable with excellent attendance
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
  • Passion for helping customers and creating outstanding experiences
