Job Position: Customer Relationship Specialist Support

Location: West Fargo, ND 58078

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday Friday 8am-5pm (flexibility for appointments)

Description: Local company is looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Specialist to assist their team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly energized, self-starting customer service professional.

Customer Relationship Specialist Support:
The successful person in this role will support three CRS agents in one division and step up to assist other reps/divisions if the need arise. Someone with very good computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous customer service experience would closely align with what we are looking for.

Data entry, administrative, and eventual customer service support. Looking for great problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a wonderful personality. Someone who can be a self-starter, will step up and pitch in for any division needing help, outgoing, supportive, and a positive attitude.

Computer They use an SAP program, otherwise basic-intermediate Excel knowledge, good communication skills, data entry, accuracy.

Length of time 2 year contract (possibility of becoming permanent).

Dress code If have clients in, more professional. Business casual in general day-to-day jeans (no holes) and a nice shirt.


The principal accountabilities of this position include:
Receives and enters customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Orders are received from customers, brokers, distributors, and sales managers.
Reviews orders for assigned customers to pro-actively identify research and notify customers of problems encountered in processing or delivering orders.
Informs appropriate persons of any customer order changes to ensure uninterrupted customer service.
Receives and validates customer complaints and implements appropriate corrective action. Notifies appropriate departments, staff or customer as needed and ensures appropriate approvals.
Develops effective customer relationships to ensure understanding of customer needs and their individual specification requirements. Customer knowledge is required in order to respond to open issues regarding product quality and service-related issues.
Acts as a partner with assigned sales force to ensure continuous quality service to customers. Ensures the appropriate approval and follow through with customers and sales force.
