About Our Client:

Our client is partnering with Addison Group to identify a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Field Representative to support residents and property operations in the Tampa area. This individual will act as a liaison between residents, vendors, and internal teams while assisting with property-related concerns and field service coordination.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Field Representative will provide in-person and remote support for residents across a portfolio of residential properties. This role combines customer service, field coordination, issue resolution, and administrative support to ensure a positive resident experience and efficient property operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding property concerns, maintenance requests, and service follow-up
  • Conduct field visits to occupied and vacant residential properties as needed
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors, contractors, and internal operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Document resident interactions, service updates, inspections, and property notes within internal systems
  • Perform move-in/move-out walkthroughs and property assessments
  • Assist with scheduling repairs, inspections, and service appointments
  • Provide professional customer support while handling escalations and resolving resident concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate updates clearly to residents and management teams
  • Support occupancy goals by helping maintain property standards and resident satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, property management, field operations, or resident services
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment
  • Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, or service appointments preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems/CRMs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
