Customer service / forklift operator

Key Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Process customer orders for UPS and LTL shipments. Verify part numbers and descriptions to ensure accuracy before picking.
• Inventory Control: Maintain 95%-100% inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and monthly cycle counts.
• Support & Service: Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, troubleshooting order discrepancies and responding to parts inquiries.
• Operations: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock; maintain a neat and organized warehouse; notify management of low stock levels.

• Equipment: Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet handlers, and hand trucks.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and prior customer service experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Stable, first-shift hours.
