Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest who walks through our doors with a warm, genuine welcome.
• Manage the check-in process for racers, ensuring all paperwork and waivers are completed accurately.
• Provide clear explanations of track rules and safety procedures to ensure a fun, secure experience for everyone.
• Handle inquiries via phone and in-person, offering helpful information on pricing, party packages, and availability.
• Maintain the appearance of the front desk and lobby area so everything looks sharp for our guests.
• Help resolve any guest concerns with a calm, patient, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to our Oxford, MI location.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• A genuine passion for working with people and maintaining a high-energy environment.
• Comfort working weekends and evenings as we keep the tracks busy.
• Basic computer literacy for processing transactions and managing bookings.
