Customer Service / Sales Representative - Entertainment Rigging & Drapery Systems

Georgia$60,000-$70,000 + Benefits

Do you enjoy working with customers, solving problems, and helping bring entertainment spaces to life? We are partnering with a growing company in the entertainment technology industry that specializes in theatrical rigging and drapery systems, seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction, project coordination, and sales support in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with customers, contractors, theaters, schools, venues, and entertainment professionals to help deliver solutions for stage rigging and drapery systems.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers through the sales and order process
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Answer customer questions regarding products, timelines, and installation coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Assist with inside sales efforts and account support
  • Maintain accurate CRM and project information
Qualifications
  • Customer service, inside sales, or account management experience preferred
  • Experience in theatrical, entertainment, construction, architectural products, or technical systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and supporting technical product solutions
  • Experience with rigging, drapery, stage equipment, or entertainment technology is highly preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000-$70,000 base salary (depending on experience)
