Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints

- Understand and effectively communicate company policies and procedures to customers

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services

- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide assistance as needed

- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus

- Must be able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed
