Customer Service Hill AFB Rep

About the Role:

Nothing Bundt Cakes #858 is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team serving the Hill AFB community in Clinton, UT! You will work on Hill AFB in the Main Exchange building. Hours are between 8:30am-3:00 pm. We have a spot Tuesday-Friday and potentilly opening up Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming manner at our Hill AFB location
• Process orders, transactions, and payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Hand out samples and answer questions related to cake

Requirements:

• Prior customer service, retail, or food service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to work on or near Hill AFB in Clinton, UT
