What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for:
- Answering and transferring phone calls efficiently
- Processing payments and uploading them into company websites
- Sending email and letter communications to clients
- Processing change requests and collaborating with licensed agents
- Scanning documents and attaching them to the management system
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
