Job Description

BCforward is seeking an entry-level Customer Service I professional to support Moog Medical Devices Group in Salt Lake City, UT. The role delivers customer support for enteral feeding and infusion pump products and services, focusing on accurate order processing, timely communication, and issue resolution. The position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and operates within a collaborative environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Utah time. Training is in person with mandatory attendance. The role is expected to be fully on site for a minimum of 6 months, with no guarantee of remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via email with questions, service requests, order placement, accounting needs, and product support.
  • Process customer orders and product repair requests in the ERP/order entry system.
  • Generate and send order confirmations and manage delivery timeline expectations.
  • Support and initiate pricing dispute processes.
  • Process product replacement orders, provide shipping labels, and coordinate returns and replacements in a timely manner.
  • Address, research, and escalate customer issues as needed; respond to inquiries, report urgent complaints, investigate disputes, and provide warranty information.
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales colleagues on projects, reporting, and customer-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Related experience or training in customer service, call center, or a similar role preferred.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Customer-focused communication with a compassionate approach to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ERP or order management systems.
