Job Description
  • We are looking for an individual who will call on 3rd parties to ensure that changes being made to Vendor / Customer records are valid and legitimate requests and not fraudulent attempts.
  • This involves conducting research using the internet and internal systems and placing calls to 3rd parties to get verbal confirmations in order to vet the requests.
  • The candidate should be well versed in Excel and have the ability to learn to use computer systems.
  • The candidate must be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills as there will be significant interaction with internal and external parties.
What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Follow directions / scripts and work independently - proper training will be provided
  • Computer savvy primarily Excel, Outlook, web searches
  • Confidence when speaking not hesitant to make calls
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required with 3+ years relevant experience
  • Degree not required, but articulate, strong communication skills, written and verbal, a must. Basic Excel, Outlook
