About the Position

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact directly with the public at live events, community outreach programs, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activations.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, career changers, and anyone looking for a full-time position where they can learn, grow, and gain professional experience.

You’ll receive training in customer service, communication, event marketing, fundraising, relationship building, and leadership while working alongside an energetic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with attendees, donors, supporters, and community members at live events.
• Provide friendly, professional, and approachable customer service.
• Educate the public about nonprofit campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
• Answer questions and communicate campaign information clearly and confidently.
• Build positive relationships with customers, community members, and nonprofit partners.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support.
• Represent our company and nonprofit partners in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support successful campaigns and events.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
