Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, helpful and timely manner
  • Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately using our ERP system
  • Provide solutions to customers and answer complex questions on products and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Track and manage orders and follow-through to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Provide product information, pricing, order status and assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their applications
  • Coordinate and communicate with the manufacturing team regarding production and to ensure timely shipment of orders
  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
  • Content creation and managing social media and online reputation functions.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Work Schedule & Pay

  • Hourly position; overtime may be required based on business needs
  • Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
  • Compensation based on experience and qualifications

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
