A growing distribution and manufacturing support company is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their office team. This role focuses on customer service, order entry, and general administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Order Support- Enter orders, follow up with customers, and respond to inquiries.
Pricing & ETA Checks - Look up product pricing, availability, and delivery estimates.
Internal Coordination -Communicate with team members to ensure accurate order status.
Quote Management -Maintain accurate quote details and product configurations.
Customer Communication- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally.
Office Support -Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment
Creative problem solver with strong communication abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook & Word required; Excel/PowerPoint/Teams a plus)
Strong customer relationship skills
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
