We are hiring for a skilled Customer Service Insurance Specialist! In these full-time opportunities, you will perform data processing tasks using a basic Microsoft Excel program. Medical insurance data entry experience is preferred, but not required. To be considered for this position, you must have an Associates Degree or higher and 2 years of customer service relevant to health insurance. We are looking for a candidate with good data entry experience, multitasking abilities and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment. Need a focused attention to detail and be self-motivated.
Position Details:
- Full time, contract (Part-time positions available)
- M-F schedule - days
- Utilizes various insurances tools and forms to determine accuracy in insurance rates class codes experience modifications
- Ensures timely and accurate problem resolution in support of Agency client retention goals
- Processes customer data information
- Maintains and updates all customer data information in all systems
