OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Intern to join our team in Norwalk, CT. This is a 6-month paid full-time internship opportunity working in a hybrid working model where the flexibility to work remotely is available. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting customers, resolving inquiries, and learning the fundamentals of customer service operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to develop professional skills in a fast-paced business environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner
• \n
• Assist customers with product, service, order, and account-related questions
• \n
• Accurately document and maintain records in customer service systems
• \n
• Support corporate gifting programs
• \n
• Assist with special projects and peak season gifting initiatives
• \n
• Deliver white glove service through personalized support for key customers
• \n
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive gifting experience
• \n
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
• \n
• Support order tracking, issue resolution, and follow-up communications
• \n
• Help identify common customer concerns and suggest process improvements
• \n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience
• \n
• Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings
• \n

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• \n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• \n
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• \n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• \n
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
