Job Description

A Customer Service Intern (Real Estate) is frequently referred to as a real estate agent. As a Customer Service Intern, you will guide a portfolio of customers through the purchase and sale of property. When pursuing a real estate transaction, clients often feel unequipped to get the best value possible out of their purchase or sale. In this position, you must excel in customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on local real estate market news and understand home values so you can price the homes in your portfolio competitively
  • Stay in touch with both active and inactive clients and follow up about their real estate needs
  • Market the homes in your portfolio to maximize exposure
  • Network with potential clients to increase your client list
  • Work with other Customer Service Interns during real estate transactions
  • When purchasing a home, take clients on home tours and represent them when they make an offer
