Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day customer service activities, including customer inquiries, order status updates, and general account support.
- Assist with tracking customer orders, delivery dates, open actions, and other customer commitments to help ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to gather information needed to support customer requests.
- Help maintain customer records, reports, trackers, and other documentation while ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with preparing customer communications, presentations, and routine reporting as needed.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service function.
