Customer Service Laborer - CDL NOT Required

Truck Team Member  1-800-GOT-JUNK? Looking for a hands-on job where every day is different? As a Truck Team Member, you’ll help customers clear out unwanted items while providing friendly, reliable service. From junk removal and loading to sorting, recycling, and donations, you’ll work directly with customers and your team to get the job done right.

What You’ll Do:

• Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and safely load items up to 75 lbs.
• Job Site Clean-Up: Leave each space clean and ready for the customer.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a great experience.
• On-Site Sales: Explain pricing, provide estimates, and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Problem Solving: Find practical solutions based on each customer’s needs.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your teammates to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Communication: Keep management and your team informed throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
• Confident communicating with customers and discussing services.
• Valid driver’s license and 21+ years old with a clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes.
