This is NOT an entry-level position.

Veterinary hospital experience is REQUIRED. If you haven't worked in a veterinary practice before, this isn't the right fit—but we'd love to hear from you for future opportunities!

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor our incredible CSR team
Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets
Manage appointments, phones, and client communications like a pro
Navigate veterinary software and medical terminology with confidence
Partner with doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly
Help create a positive, supportive, drama-free workplace

We're Looking For Someone Who:

️ Has previous experience working in a veterinary hospital (required)
️ Has leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
️ Stays calm under pressure and can multitask with a smile
️ Loves people just as much as pets
️ Is dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
️ Brings positivity, professionalism, and a great sense of humor
