2+ years of customer service experience in logistics-airfreight import and export
1+ year of leadership experience
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
Ability to work weekends (5-day schedule)
Strong computer and communication skills
Comfortable entering cold warehouse environments when needed
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass TSA background check
