Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Generating Parts Quotes
- Entering Orders for Systems, Parts, Rentals & Service
- Arranging Transportation
- Generating Order Confirmations
- Providing Customers with Order Status
- Sending Invoices for Systems, Parts, Rentals & Service
- Collections: Following up on overdue invoices
- Maintaining CRM Data
Office Management
- Answering the Telephone
- Dispositioning Electronic Inquiries
- Maintaining Office Supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a business discipline
- 2+ years in a Customer-Facing Role
- 2+ years working in the Industrial Equipment/Industrial Machinery field
- 2+ years utilizing Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows/Office Applications
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
