Customer Service Lead We're hiring a Customer Service Lead to oversee our field service technicians and parts sales team. This role is key to driving customer satisfaction, service excellence, and aftermarket growth. What You'll Do + Lead & develop a multi-state team of field techs and parts sales (14 total) + Ensure top-tier customer experience and resolve escalations + Drive parts sales, retrofits, and rebuild initiatives + Build strong customer relationships (existing + new) + Implement service processes, KPIs, and continuous improvements + Partner cross-functionally and report on performance & customer satisfaction What We're Looking For + Customer Service or Customer Support leadership experience + Strong background in field service + mechanical/electrical environments + Proven leadership and team management skills + Financial acumen (costing & estimating) + Experience with CRM/ERP systems Nice to Have + Experience in forest products or biomass industry + Degree in Business, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Vancouver, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
